Central Lombok - The Eid al-Fitr celebration of 1446 Hijri in The Mandalika area took place smoothly, safely, and enthusiastically. Thousands of local people and visitors took part in various activities, from the torchlight parade on Eid al-Fitr night on Sunday (30/3), to the Eid prayers on Monday (31/3) at the Nurul Bilad Mosque and Al-Hakim Mosque, located in The Mandalika area of Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
General Manager of The Mandalika Wahyu M. Nugroho stated that the Nurul Bilad Mosque was once again the main location for the congregation to perform Eid prayers. The Eid al-Fitr momentum at The Mandalika is sure to remain conducive and orderly, with integrated services for visitors and the surrounding community. ‘ITDC is committed to keeping the area clean, safe, and comfortable, both for worship and tourism,’ said Wahyu M Nugroho
During the Eid holiday period from 30 March 2025 to 8 April 2025, ITDC is taking a number of anticipatory steps to support the smooth running of community and tourist activities. One of these efforts is to provide five service and information posts spread across five points, including Kuta Beach Park (KBP), Mandalika Bazaar, Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, Batu Kotak Beach, and Merese Hill.
These five posts function as information centres for visitors and other public services during the holiday period. ITDC appreciates the synergy between the ITDC operational team, security officers, and the support of the local community in creating a peaceful and united Eid atmosphere in The Mandalika area.
‘The management and entire ITDC staff would like to wish you a Happy Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri. Minal aidin wal faizin, please accept our heartfelt apologies. May blessings and peace be with us all always,’ concluded Wahyu.
